By entering the competition, entrants agree that any image submitted to the competition may be used by The Mahogany Agency and its event partners for marketing and promotional purposes of the competition and the event only, for a maximum of five years after “Little Miss Fashionista 2017 Fashion Photo Contest”, opening in the last week of March 2017.
The Mahogany Agency reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the following requirements:
You are the sole owner, photographer and copyright holder of each entry you make
Each entry submitted contains no personally identifiable information about you, or any other person(s).
Each entry must not, at the sole and unfettered discretion of the organizers, contain objectionable or inappropriate content.
Each entry does not contain any material that could constitute or encourage conduct which would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
Each entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity, and your entry does not include: trademarks owned by third parties copyrighted materials owned by third parties (including movie dialogue or musical compositions) names, likenesses, voices or other characteristics identifying celebrities or other public figures, living or dead entries which contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service other than that The Mahogany Agency’s “Little Miss Fashionista 2017 Fashion Photo Contest” entries containing screen credits
You agree to fully indemnify The Mahogany Agency’s “Little Miss Fashionista 2017 Fashion Photo Contest” in respect of all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person by reason of your breaching any of the foregoing.
You confirm that each person depicted in the entry has granted permission to be portrayed as shown. Any costumes, props or other materials used must be rented or borrowed with the permission of the owner, and all other relevant permissions must have been obtained.
By entering The Mahogany Agency’s “Little Miss Fashionista 2017 Fashion Photo Contest” , you agree to accept the competition rules and the terms and conditions. You also agree and acknowledge that The Mahogany Agency’s “Little Miss Fashionista 2017 Fashion Photo Contest” is permitted to receive your registration data. All personal information will be used by The Mahogany Agency’s “Little Miss Fashionista 2017 Fashion Photo Contest” in accordance with www.themahoganyagency.com privacy Policy.
If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s consent to upload images onto The Mahogany Agency’s “Little Miss Fashionista 2017 Fashion Photo Contest” website. The competition is open to residents of all states within the US.
Entrants agree that personal data may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of The Mahogany Agency and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules.
All entrants understand that any image submitted to the competition may be used in connection with the promotion of the event, including, but not limited to the following: Display of the Contest entries on the website, in a book, magazine or similar and at public exhibitions. Inclusion within any materials promoting the contest and any festival or exhibition organized by The Mahogany Agency.
Promotion of The Mahogany Agency within any related products to be sold by The Mahogany Agency or any third party, following the individual agreement by the author sub-licensing the entries to the press for reproduction in connection with the competition and any exhibition.
Allowing users of the website to view images on a computer screen, PDA or mobile telephone and store such pages in electronic form on disk or on a PDA or mobile telephone (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for their personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree to participate in any related publicity and the use of your name and likeness for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.
The data may also be used by a third party in order to verify the participant's identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to participate in the contest.
Participants have the right to access, review, rectify, or cancel any personal data held by writing to The Mahogany Agency at talent@themahoganyagency.com.
Promoter and its affiliates will use personal data exclusively for the purposes stated herein.
NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and address of that individual from all lists used by The Mahogany Agency. To elect to have an individual's name excluded from all such lists, please submit a removal request in writing to talent@themahoganyagency.com
This notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all contestants by The Mahogany Agency to such individuals.
